Amazon's AI work runs across three layers. Bedrock is the managed service for hosting third-party models on AWS — Claude, Llama, Mistral, Stability, and Amazon's own Titan and Nova families all serve through it. Amazon also runs an in-house AI lab and made an $8 billion investment in Anthropic. Stories here cover Bedrock model additions and pricing, AWS chip announcements, Alexa+ rollout data, the Anthropic partnership as it evolves, and AWS's competition with Google Cloud and Azure for enterprise AI workloads.
