Perplexity is bringing its AI agent tool to the operating system most office workers actually use. The company launched Personal Computer for Windows, extending a feature that debuted on Mac back in April, where it worked as what Perplexity calls a "general-purpose digital worker," capable of digging into local files and apps to draft documents or update spreadsheets without a human doing the clicking.

The tool starts rolling out today to subscribers on Perplexity's Max and Enterprise Max tiers, which run $200 a month and up.
